The Rotodryer is used to dry digestate, manure or other masses until there is only 12 - 14% dry matter left. We have a big drying surface on a small base surface by submerging a large number of metal panels in the liquid that needs drying. We make sure there is a minimal air resistance and caking by making the best choices in design and materials. This way, the system can reach an evaporation up to 1 liter per kWh.
The process does not create dust because the mass stays in a liquid state. This patented system requires little maintenance, no constant supervision and has a low energy consumption thanks to the maximal saturation of the available air. This makes this machine the most cost-efficient solution. We create customized solutions for each customer, taking in account the available space and energy.
